We own our own furniture and decor and we store it all locally. This allows us to procure unique furnishings to create several desired looks to enhance several different styles for different properties.
Magnolia Stays offers very competitive pricing for high quality home staging. Our pricing for home staging is based on square footage ($2 - $3 per square foot). We offer a discount for Realtors and Investors for initial projects. Our initial contract is for 3 months, then in the unlikely event, the property does not sell, a monthly extention can be added.

She not only has a background in design, she also has a background in real estate. Magnolia Stays home staging has a team of designers, movers, and shakers to make everything happen practically over night, or sometime over a few nights.
